Real estate was not my planned path, but one that came to me as I discovered my talents and passions. As a young woman, I set upon the goal of owning my own home before I turned 30. I learned all I could, committed to a budget, and savings/ increased earning plan and leveraged first-time buyers' education and grant programs to make it happen. As a new homeowner, I enjoyed sharing the resources and information I’d discovered so much that I explored getting my real estate license as a hobby in 2012 with a focus on first-time home ownership. The rest fell into place from there, a year later I dedicated my career full-time to representing buyers and sellers in real estate. Over a decade later, I’m continually one of the top 20% producers in my brokerage with hundreds of happy clients recommending me with five-star reviews in the Eugene & Springfield area.
I still love it just as much as I did in those early days. I trust this shows in the service I offer clients & team members. I understand that when you’re selling or purchasing a home, it’s often because of a big life event. A job move, getting married/ divorced, or other changes in a family. Often this means it’s not just about finding the perfect home or selling quickly but navigating other stresses and considerations in addition to what’s typically one of the largest financial moves a person makes. I make it my top priority to make the process as streamlined as possible to avoid adding more stress. I meet with each client and I listen and collaborate to create a solid path to reach your real estate goals while being supportive and sensitive to specific situational needs. As my client, you can count on me to be focused on your goals throughout the process, maintain ongoing, open communication, and get you not only through to closing but to be a continuing resource to you after closing.
As a result, many of my clients have become friends and lifelong clients.
Why Oregon? I grew up spending summers with family in Lane and Linn County and moved to Oregon as soon as I could at 17. I’ve now spent most of my adult life living and working here in the Eugene and Springfield communities. I have been amazed to watch it develop over my lifetime. My intimate knowledge of the area will help you understand both your new home as well as the community, and where you might best find the lifestyle you’re looking for. I’ve come to realize that there really is something for everyone in our area from rural farm properties to urban lofts- you’ll find it here and all within an hour of the coast or the mountains.
When not working, I am focused on raising my little boy & enjoying family life balance. I love watching my little one grow, finding new ways to open up his curiosity and enrich his life through experiences. Exploring our state and national parks, gardening, working on home improvement projects and crafting are some of my favorite activities. We love playing games, cooking, and spending time with our adorable Labradoodles and tanks full of fish.
In Real Estate I have served on my office Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams Realty Eugene & Springfield leading our brokerage in the top 20% of annual sales volume, Member (Local Director from 2016-2017) of the Springfield Board of Realtors since 2013, Member of the Oregon Association of Realtors since 2012, Member of the National Association of Realtors since 2012.
In our local community, I have served our local Habitat for Humanity as a donor, volunteer, and committee chair on the Homebuyer Selection Committee & regularly volunteer with Woman Space & A Family for Every Child events. With my Keller Williams family, I’ve enjoyed volunteering for RED Day each year, giving trees and various large-scale projects benefiting the Eugene Mission, South Lane School District, Saint Vincent de Paul & The Bridgeway House.
